My Qualifications
I am a member in good standing of the following organizations:
National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)
I follow the Standards of Practice set forth by NACHI and NAHI as well as those of the state of New York.
In order to better serve you, I carry both Professional Liability as well as E & O Insurance. (Optional in the State of New York).
Home and Building Inspections Can Be Scheduled 24 Hours a Day.
My report will be completed and ready for you by the very next day.
I have a B.S. Degree in Physics from New York University.
My Inspection Reports are prepared using the state of the art HomeGauge reporting system.
Your report can by viewed from any computer with an internet connection and can now even be viewed from your SmartPhone (iPhone, Blackberry etc..)
I will forward your report to your Real Estate Agent, Attorney or anyone else you desire. (With your permission of course!)
I use only state of the art HomeGauge computer software to prepare your report. I provide you with clear explanations of all issues and multiple photographs to document and clarify these issues. I will provide you with unmatched customer service. I will gladly take the time necessary to explain my findings to you to insure that you understand the contents of your report.
I fulfill at least 18 hours of continuing education every year.
I am a licensed NYS Termite Inspector and I will be happy to add this service to your home inspection.
I am a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2).
